Sickness during pregnancy


This is the first of few posts in which I will write about the diseases that occur during pregnancy. In this post I will write about diseases related to hemeroide. Hemeroids or hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels in and around the anus and lower part of the rectum, which have been expanded under pressure. The most common cause of hemorrhoids is straining during defecation, and may be pregnant, genetic factors, aging, chronic constipation, diarrhea, prolonged sitting, and anal infections. As you can see, that pregnancy itself can cause haemorrhoids so that it is considered  normal during pregnancy. Mild cases of hemorrhoids can be treated by consuming large amounts of fluids and eat a diet high in fiber. Hemorrhoidal creams or suppositories can help reduce pain. Problems with sleeping 

Dear, first of all I wish you a happy Easter. I hope you were able to enjoy all the traditional cakes and food  related to Easter. Do not overdo it with anything and drink for your health and byproducts. I wrote this post because it is common knowledge that pregnant women get tired more easily and thus they are more sleepy. It is a normally developing pregnancy and at the very beginning until the later stages of such fatigue decreases. I should mention that some pregnant women to counter the effect is more tiring but could not sleep due to certain reasons. Here you can see how it is recommended that you learn to sleep. Sleep is necessary for all but the most needy people are pregnant women. So do not let the inability to sleep endanger your health. Help yourselves.

Cellulite

Dear readers of my blog post this relates to the title says, the problems associated with cellulite. Since this is a blog about children, pregnant women, changes in pregnancy and the something like that. Here I will mention when writing and thinking about the cellulit affects many women during pregnancy but most afterwards. Just why does cellulite creates a reason for the skin and spreads are narrowing in a relatively short period. As increasing abdomen, buttocks, legs, arms and other body parts so the cellulite can occur in different places. It is nothing dangerous for a womenbut in a esthetic reasons you want to get rid of him. There are many tips in solving such problems. Jogging

Most women live under the delusion that they can not control their weight during pregnancy, but only effect it. Already the doctors recommend that weight is more easily controlled during pregnancy rather than after it. Many women think that after pregnancyshould immediately move to a lighter diet, exercise, gym, running and other activities to reduce weight. There arises a problem because women who have gave birth is forbidden exercise in any form and even recommended resting and sleeping the first few weeksas much as you can. But lets return to time before your birth. It is known that doctors recommend that pregnant women should be on the fresh air and walk as much as they can. And most of them are literally holding that range from bench to bench in the park or to the neighbors for coffee or ice cream. And then wonder from where did they get so many pounds. None of the doctors does not prohibit a number of activities in the beginning of pregnancy so you're free to work harder to reduce the upcoming weight. About pets

Many people love their pets but they can create problems. Problems can be from smaller animals to the enormous. Specifically small home simple one fish can besmirch the water in which they live and will create little damage. While many larger animals create quite a lot of damage. We'll take the example of dogs and cats. They are small and sweet to a certain age limits. As they grove bigger they can cause increasing damage. The way of thinking

In our head spin, many ideas and aspirations toward a goal. In most cases, that's what you keep in our head that is stored in the cerebellum to us after a while recalls. As is well known, there are three sides of the brain that control our bodies and our thoughts and actions. Our brain works best when it is not loaded and there is time for decisions. Problem with resolve in time we already have that we are not only burdened with other problems. So you can always take at least ten minutes a day to let the brain to rest of the world and yourselves. In ten minutes the brain remembers the feelings, thoughts and ideas that have passed. After that, we return to the mainstream of life and everything goes back to normal. But we all know that normally means not enough time for the necessary action to be performed. There is a lack of time. There may be a way to better organize the time, but unfortunately, it all starts with our mindset that is in our brain. If we can solve the problem in our brains, and we managed to get rid of the lack of our time.
