Problems with sleeping 

Dear, first of all I wish you a happy Easter. I hope you were able to enjoy all the traditional cakes and food  related to Easter. Do not overdo it with anything and drink for your health and byproducts. I wrote this post because it is common knowledge that pregnant women get tired more easily and thus they are more sleepy. It is a normally developing pregnancy and at the very beginning until the later stages of such fatigue decreases. I should mention that some pregnant women to counter the effect is more tiring but could not sleep due to certain reasons. Here you can see how it is recommended that you learn to sleep. Sleep is necessary for all but the most needy people are pregnant women. So do not let the inability to sleep endanger your health. Help yourselves.
