Sickness during pregnancy

This is the first of few posts in which I will write about the diseases that occur during pregnancy. In this post I will write about diseases related to hemeroide. Hemeroids or hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels in and around the anus and lower part of the rectum, which have been expanded under pressure. The most common cause of hemorrhoids is straining during defecation, and may be pregnant, genetic factors, aging, chronic constipation, diarrhea, prolonged sitting, and anal infections. As you can see, that pregnancy itself can cause haemorrhoids so that it is considered  normal during pregnancy. Mild cases of hemorrhoids can be treated by consuming large amounts of fluids and eat a diet high in fiber. Hemorrhoidal creams or suppositories can help reduce pain. It is useful to bathe in lukewarm water. Sometimes the situation is such that it requires surgical intervention. Here you can see how you can get rid of  your problem in natural way. Preventing the recurrence of hemorrhoids is possible by changing the style of life in terms of changes in dietary habits (higher intake of fibrous food) and the introduction of large amounts of fluids (8-9 glasses a day). Such a diet conducive to the emergence of softer stools, and thus facilitate bowel movements and reduce the pressure that is elevated when the emergence of hemorrhoids.
