Most women live under the delusion that they can not control their weight during pregnancy, but only effect it. The reason for this is that during the chilcbirth there is a major change in the organs, muscle strains, expansion and reduction of tendon and takes some time to get it all back to normal. But lets return to time before your birth. It is known that doctors recommend that pregnant women should be on the fresh air and walk as much as they can. And most of them are literally holding that range from bench to bench in the park or to the neighbors for coffee or ice cream. And then wonder from where did they get so many pounds. None of the doctors does not prohibit a number of activities in the beginning of pregnancy so you're free to work harder to reduce the upcoming weight.
